Outplay Entertainment is seeking an Advertising Operations Executive to support the Production teams in creating, analysing and monitoring advertising monetisation campaigns across its growing portfolio. You'll have advertising operations experience with a technical understanding of the programmatic media buying landscape and systems.

 

Role

  • Monitor, report and optimise our advertising revenues by game;
  • Build relationships with external advertising networks and media companies to identify opportunities to grow revenue from advertising in Outplay's games - ad formats, placements, performance etc;
  • Work with product teams to identify optimal placements for in game ad delivery to maximise player engagement & overall top quality player experience;
  • Set up campaigns across the portfolio using Outplay's integrated ad mediation systems;
  • Execute and oversee day-to-day yield management across all campaigns and supply sources, including performance monitoring v targets, mediation optimisation enhancements, issue identification and escalation;
  • Maintain necessary technical knowledge to understand full campaign delivery process, enabling accurate and proficient creative QA, and troubleshooting of all campaigns.
  • Work with Data & Reporting teams to facilitate reporting and ad hoc analysis
  • Work with development/product teams to implement new technologies
  • Share best practices across teams

 

Key attributes

  • Experience of DFP, AdX and/or similar (required)
  • Clear understanding of the programmatic landscape and experience of implementing programmatic technologies (required)
  • Good understanding of Business KPI metrics eg Lifetime Value
  • Must be a confident user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem solving-related skills
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated & strong relationship builder
  • Knowledge of mobile, video, display and social advertising
  • Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or Science.
