Join our Product Management & Insights team and play a central role in shaping the success of our games. You’ll take ownership of live operations, guide products from launch to market, and use data-led experimentation to maximise performance across our key titles with a particular focus on casual puzzle games.

You’ll collaborate across Production, Analytics and Game Development teams, building alignment and momentum around product strategies. You’ll analyse trends, test hypotheses, and deliver feature and event plans that drive engagement, retention, and monetisation.

Your ability to manage stakeholders — from developers to executives — will be key in championing ideas, presenting your rationale with clarity, and guiding the studio toward the most impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead live operations strategies for key titles, including content planning, event optimisation, and performance tuning.
  • Drive product launches from concept through to market release, aligning teams and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
  • Design, run, and analyse experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas and optimise player experiences.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to interpret performance data and spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across disciplines, clearly communicating recommendations and securing buy-in.
  • Stay on top of player behaviour patterns, competitor strategies, and market developments in the casual puzzle genre.
About You
  • Experience in Product Management, Live Ops, or related roles in mobile gaming, ideally in Free-to-Play.
  • Proven track record of taking products to market, from pre-launch strategy through to post-launch optimisation.
  • Strong statistical literacy and confidence working with performance data to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management — able to balance perspectives, maintain momentum, and keep decisions aligned with goals.
  • Hands-on experience in experimentation and applying results to improve player engagement and monetisation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of casual puzzle games, including player motivations and monetisation loops.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, persuasive, and collaborative.
